What is eQuse?

eQuse is a user-friendly quality management system that helps you efficiently manage quality and safety within your organization. It provides a central location for all tasks, documents, processes, and forms, allowing you to clearly see what needs to be done and when. The system is personalized, which means you only have access to information and functions relevant to your role, allowing you to work in a focused and effective manner.

The three pillars of eQuse

eQuse is built around three key pillars: Documenting, Registering, and Planning, which together ensure that quality and safety are managed in a simple, clear manner. These pillars support you and your organization in ensuring that processes run smoothly and performance is improved. We would like to take you through these three pillars.

Documenting

The first pillar, Documenting, is about recording all the essential information you need to work consistently and according to the rules. This includes documenting work instructions for routine tasks, protocols for reporting incidents, and policy documents for quality improvement and risk management. This forms the basis of your quality management system and ensures that everyone is aware of what needs to be done and how.

In eQuse, you can use the Files and Handbooks modules for this purpose. In the Files module, you can store all kinds of documents, such as minutes, templates, or supplier documents. The Handbooks module allows you to create and manage more extensive documentation, such as policy documents and procedures. By documenting everything properly, you ensure that everyone has access to the right information and that work is carried out consistently and in accordance with the correct procedures.

Registering

The second pillar, Registering, allows you to record important data, such as incidents, complaints, and performance. This is crucial for monitoring how well the organization is functioning and where improvements are needed. By registering things like customer satisfaction and turnaround times, you gain insight into what is going well and what could be improved. Registration helps you discover trends, proactively address risks, and improve quality.

eQuse offers various modules for this purpose, such as Calamities, Forms, Incidents, Reports, Domestic Violence, Indicators, and Complaints. These modules allow you to easily record incidents and deviations and document complaints, for example. By recording accurately, you build up a valuable data source that you can use to manage quality and performance and identify and address any problems in a timely manner.

Planning

The third pillar, Planning, helps you organize and perform tasks that contribute to quality and safety within your organization. Whether it's planning training for employees, performing preventive maintenance on equipment, or scheduling quality audits, good planning ensures that nothing is overlooked and that everything runs smoothly.

Within eQuse, you can use modules such as Activities, Audits, Maintenance, Improvements, and Calendar for this purpose. The Calendar module provides you with a handy overview of everything that is planned, so you always know what needs to be done and when. The Maintenance module supports you in planning preventive maintenance, for example, and with the Improvements module you can initiate and follow up on improvement projects. This gives you all the tools you need to continuously improve quality and minimize risks.
